Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Toolero processes, protects, and isolates user data across local on-device tools, connected AI cloud APIs, and integrated advertising systems.
01 Scope & Data Philosophy
Toolero is built on the strict principle of Zero Unnecessary Data Retention. We deliberately minimize the transmission and collection of personal information. Our architecture distinguishes between offline local utilities that never communicate over the internet and optional online AI services that transmit strictly the prompt context needed for live computation.
02 Local Tools & Local Device Storage
100% On-Device Utilities
Calculators, unit converters, document processors, text formatters, and scratchpads execute exclusively within your local device memory. No text files, inputs, photos, or mathematical calculations entered into offline tools are ever uploaded to external servers.
Isolated App Storage (Sandboxing)
Theme settings, app preferences, and local cached utilities are saved solely within Android's protected internal app directory. This information cannot be accessed by other installed apps and is permanently deleted when you uninstall Toolero or clear app storage.
03 Third-Party Cloud & AI Processing Partners
When you explicitly utilize online artificial intelligence and cloud-connected features in Toolero, query payloads are securely relayed through specialized third-party providers:
Directs text prompt instructions to chosen target endpoints. OpenRouter receives only user-submitted prompts to deliver completion responses; no user accounts or persistent profiles are tracked.
Powers low-latency inference processing. Input context is evaluated transiently solely to stream back generated answers in real time without training on private user chats.
Provides backend proxy routing, server availability balancing, and secure gateway delivery to prevent latency drops and manage secure network requests.
Utilized only if voice input is triggered by the user. Real-time audio streams are transcribed into text and returned directly. Audio streams are not stored for audio model training.
04 Start.io Advertising SDK & Device Identifiers
Toolero integrates the Start.io SDK to display advertisements that finance free app features and server operations. In accordance with Google Play developer requirements, Start.io may collect non-personally identifiable technical information:
05 Data Retention, Security & Deletion Rights
End-to-End Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted to external services (OpenRouter, Groq, SovInfra, Deepgram, and Start.io) is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols to safeguard against interception.
No Proprietary Cloud Profiles: Toolero does not store your name, contacts, personal documents, or conversation history on proprietary central servers. Prompts are transiently processed and returned.
Immediate Data Erasure: Because data is stored in the local sandbox, you can delete all records instantly by selecting Clear Data in Android's App Info menu or by uninstalling the application.

Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing Toolero. By installing, opening, or accessing the application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Toolero. If you do not accept all clauses outlined herein, you are not authorized to use the application and must remove it immediately from your device.
02 Use of Offline Tools & AI Services
Offline Utility Tools
Offline conversion, calculation, and document formatting utilities are provided for general reference and convenience. While built to adhere to standard mathematical and algorithmic precision, you are responsible for cross-verifying critical engineering, financial, or academic outputs.
AI-Generated Outputs & Accuracy Disclaimer
Online chat and smart assistants rely on third-party computational infrastructure (including OpenRouter and Groq). AI models produce probabilistic responses that may at times be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Responses should never be construed as licensed legal, medical, or financial counsel.
03 Acceptable Use & Restrictions
By accessing Toolero, you unconditionally agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, unpack, or attempt to derive the underlying source code of Toolero or its integrated libraries.
- Use the integrated AI endpoints to generate hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Interfere with, disable, or circumvent the Start.io advertising network or simulate artificial impressions or clicks.
- Conduct automated scraping, denial of service (DoS) floods, or security scanning against integrated routing relays.
04 Third-Party Services & Operational Uptime
Toolero incorporates external capabilities provided by OpenRouter, Groq, SovInfra, Deepgram, and Start.io. The availability of online features depends upon the operational uptime and latency of these external services. We are not liable for temporary service suspensions, network delays, or upstream rate-limitations.
05 Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Provided "AS IS": Toolero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the developer or associated parties be held liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
